Please follow the basic Trail Courtesy etiquette while visiting Corner Canyon. It’s very important to the City that all trail users work together while sharing the trails.
A commonly used trail sharing sign is shown above.
The rules are:
- Bikers yield to hikers and horses
- Hikers yield to Horses
The concept is that bikers are fast and can stop and go easily so they let everything else have the right of way. Horses are big and unpredictable so they get the right of way. In other words, bikers yield to everyone. Now many hikers will allow bikers to go by but please proceed slowly and maybe even thank the person.
