Draper city requires that dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times. Now we believe that the city understands that with the park being so large that many dog owners would think it’s OK to let their dogs run free. The only problem is that it creates a huge safety issue due to the amount of visitors that use the park. From the possibility of dog bites to unnecessary bike accidents to someone getting hurt from a scared horse, the risks and associated liabilities are too great.
